6.) Data Protection :
We take your details and store them on our secure databases. It’s obvious why we do this – it’s to ensure you get
access to our member’s content etc and to ensure we know who our members are. It’s also for compliance
reasons for any future enquiries by agencies, law enforcement or insurance claims etc. We’re sure you
understand and we ‘re sure you know you’re safe too. If you have any doubts get in touch.
4.) Additional Legal & Privacy Information :
This agreement, in it’s entirety, is bound to our legal policy & disclaimer & privacy policy, which is publicly
available from the footer of every regular page of our website. Please ensure you’ve read it and are comfortable
with it’s content prior to ticking you agree. By agreeing to our membership terms and conditions you’re also
agreeing to our legal policy (available as stated above).
6.) Certification Via PDF
We issue all certification via PDF to offer you the most flexibility. You will not receive any certification via post.
7.) Insurance
Insurance is not automatically included within membership unless you choose to purchase a policy (in which
case it’s included along with free membership).
8.) Our Right To Terminate Membership
We reserve the full right to terminate any members membership to our Association including any further
discontinuation of policies, services or tools as we see fit. This is entirely at our own discretion. This is an unlikely
action and will only ever be used a final resort - to give you an idea, we’re talking about instructors whom are
convicted of serious offences that will affect our Associations code of conduct or serious unsporting conduct
within our Association etc.
9.) General Disclaimer & Additional Terms
Membership is bound by our legal policy which is available freely from the footer of every web site on our site.
It’s also bound by our privacy policy and additional terms as introduced or stated. Its your responsibility to keep
up to date with this agreement as you’re bound to the terms throughout your membership. Please bookmark a
copy for reference and check back occasionally for updates. We’ll try to remind you / update you of any
updates when they happen but no promises.
