BMABA Membership Terms & Conditions
3.) Governing Body & Our Role :
We act as a national governing body for our members and member’s clubs. This means we may impose
guidelines for you to work from. We will NEVER impose set rules that you must comply to, apart from those
specified in this document.
We are strictly politics free & don’t believe in red tape. Accordingly we aren’t interested in interfering in your
clubs finances, retention, interests, ethics, direction or anything else.
With the BMABA your always free to do as you need without any restrictions or costs coming from us.
4.) Your Legal Liability & Responsibility For Eligibility :
We can’t be held accountable for your failure to ensure you’re fully eligible to join our Association and make use
of our services (instructor’s licenses, insurance etc). It’s your responsibility to ensure you are legally entitled to
instructorship status & insurance etc. We’ll do our best to ensure you meet eligibility with a constant set of road
blocks (tick boxes etc) and reminders throughout our site but we can’t be held accountable if you sign up, make
use of our services and are then found legally liable due to not being qualified and/or eligible. Generally
speaking if you are ok to teach at the moment you’re more than likely eligible to join, but we do have eligibility
criteria we really need you to check yourself against prior to joining.
If you’re unsure please do let us know and we’ll gladly put your straight.
5.) Membership Is Regrettably Non-Refundable
We work hard to ensure our members get the best services & resources in the industry and we’ve never had
anyone sign up and subsequently be unhappy with what we offer our members.
That said, the initial membership fee is strictly non-refundable. That’s only because we issue certificate, license &
associationship certificates via pdf rapidly after you join up. Once you’ve got that, if we offered a refund you’d be
getting affiliate for free and that could be seen as fraud if the certificates are subsequently used or mis-selling
on our part. That’s why we keep it simple. Make sure you’re happy prior to paying and everyone is happy!
